Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings and Payments
   
   

   • All bookings must be made through the online booking system.
     
     

   • Payment is required at the time of booking or as indicated on the booking page.
     
     

   • Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.
     
     

2. Cancellations and Refunds
   
   

   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
     
     

   • Late cancellations (within 24) or no-shows are non-refundable.
     
     

   • Rebooking may be allowed, subject to availability.
     
     

3. Session Timing
   
   

   • Sessions start at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session; the session will end at the original scheduled time.
     
     

   • Clients must respect the booked time to ensure smooth scheduling for others.
     
     

4. Health and Safety
   
   

   • Reiki and Quantum Energy Healing are complementary energy therapies and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
     
     

   • Please inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or emotional concerns before the session.
     
     

   • If you are under medical treatment or have serious health conditions, consult your doctor before booking.
     
     

5. Hands-on Energy Healing
   
   

   • Quantum Energy Healing sessions may include gentle touch with hands on specific areas.
     
     

   • Reiki sessions do not include hands-on contact.
     
     

   • Sessions are always conducted with clothing on.
     
     

   • Any discomfort or issue during the session must be notified immediately.
     
     

   • Before the session begins, clients must send a signed and completed disclaimer form via e-mail or WhatsApp (form attached on this website).
     
     

6. Confidentiality
   
   

   • All information shared during sessions is confidential.
     
     

   • Practitioner will not disclose session details without explicit consent.
     
     

7. Limitations of Liability
   
   

   • No specific results are guaranteed from Reiki or Quantum Energy Healing.
     
     

   • The practitioner is not responsible for any consequences arising from changing or stopping medical treatment based on the session.
     
     

8. Conduct
   
   

   • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
     
     

   • The practitioner reserves the right to end the session if behavior is inappropriate.
     
     

9. CCTV / Video Recording
   
   

   • A security camera is present in the session room.
     
     

   • By attending the session, clients acknowledge and consent to the presence of CCTV for safety purposes.
